How to: Begin standing in tadasana. Establish connection to your mat with your feet by evening out your weight and spreading your toes out for balance. Come to stand on your left leg. Bring the right knee in towards your chest. Extend the right arm out in front of you with the palm facing the right side, thumb down. Reach the right arm out long and wrap around leg, towards your back. Begin to come into a half-forward fold. Start reaching the left arm around your back, toward the right hand. Bind if possible. Repeat on the other side. Options:
